With a notable tenure as the Head of the Department of Psychology at NIVH under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi, Dr. Sharma’s commitment to mental health is underscored by the prestigious “Helen Keller Fellowship” from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. As a Visiting psychologist at Doon Medical College ( 2008 – 2021 ) and IIT Roorkee for 3 years and empanelled with ONGC Hospital, her influence extends across diverse healthcare landscapes.
